This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Execute all administrative tasks to enhance the Vice President’s productivity, including meticulous scheduling, organizing meetings, arranging travel plans, and maintaining documentation.
• Enhance the effectiveness of the Content and Communications team by aiding the Sr. Communications Manager in orchestrating a comprehensive content strategy across the ministry, ensuring alignment, scheduling, and review processes.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Communications Manager on various administrative requirements, serving as a liaison to facilitate seamless communication and project management among the Vice President, Sr. Communications Manager, and internal teams, showcasing leadership to uphold credibility, trust, and support among staff.
• Regularly draft, edit, and finalize intricate correspondence, documents, meeting minutes, reports, and materials for board meetings, utilizing expertise and discernment.
• Equip the Vice President with preparatory materials for meetings.
• Conduct research, prioritize, and manage replies to incoming correspondence and requests.
• Oversee complex program logistics and scheduling for meetings and conferences, which includes coordinating travel, catering, and the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces for the Vice President’s engagements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as required.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 7 years of experience in an administrative support capacity and/or project coordination with a proven record of success
• Interest and proficiency in thriving within a dynamic, rapidly growing environment
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to represent the ministry in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and addressing sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of writing for diverse formats and audiences
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a talent for building relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, consultants, and donors
• Self-motivated team player; resourceful and able to juggle multiple projects and conflicting priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong decision-making skills: capable of thinking and working independently, managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and ensuring effective workflow
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail, accuracy, protocol, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
