This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Craft and publish SEO-optimized blog entries, long-form articles, case studies, and web content that address the challenges and priorities of K-12 transportation professionals.
• Transform customer narratives, product updates, webinar insights, and event results into captivating content across various formats.
• Create and uphold a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal priorities within the student transportation sector.
• Utilize Claude and Claude Code as essential tools in the content creation workflow, encompassing ideation, drafting, editing, and repurposing.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance AI-powered marketing tools and templates that facilitate scalable content production across multiple channels.
• Create effective prompts, workflows, and documentation to ensure AI-assisted content consistently reflects the Company's brand voice and quality expectations.
• Oversee and expand the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube through regular, on-brand postings.
• Manage the social content calendar, strategize campaigns around significant events and product milestones, and analyze engagement to guide future content initiatives.
• Adapt long-form content (blogs, webinars, case studies) into social media-ready formats, including carousels, short videos, and infographics.
• Implement SEO best practices across all web and blog content, including conducting keyword research, internal linking, crafting meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
• Employ Google Analytics and related tools to monitor content performance, identify trends, and suggest updates or experiments based on data insights.
• Review and refresh existing website content to enhance rankings and ensure accuracy as the product evolves.
• Compose engaging email copy for campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, and drip sequences that align with the Company's consultative, value-driven brand voice.
• Assist in email marketing execution using Mailchimp, including campaign creation, segmentation management, and performance metric monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Rev Ops, Events, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment of messaging and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with design resources to guarantee all content is visually appealing and consistent with the brand.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and interactions.
• An AI-native who utilizes Claude and Claude Code in personal or professional projects.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a proven track record of creating content that engages and converts.
• Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of the content creation and editing process.
• Experience with Claude Code or prompt engineering is highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and experience collaborating with creative teams.
• Quick learner, proactive in acquiring new skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital communications, or a related field (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
