This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to enhance loyalty and retention.

• Provide benefits offered by other operators.

• Finalize sales for renewals, fixed lines, or plan changes.

• Work full-time or part-time with rotating schedules.

• Available to attend from Monday to Sunday with a rotating weekly day off.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in a call center.

• Positions available for Lima and other provinces.

• Must possess a PC or laptop.

• Operating system must be Windows 10.

• Processor should be a Core i3 of the 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM is required.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset is necessary.

• Minimum educational requirement: secondary/junior high school.
