This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Support the development of operational efficiency in the Customer Care area.
• Enhance the quality of customer experiences (CX) and design innovative solutions to streamline processes and automate service.
• Design and implement comprehensive Contact Center solutions.
• Advance customer service in an omnichannel model.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Contact Center systems.
• Experience in their configuration and optimization.
• Familiarity with systems such as Alfavox and Genesys.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Preferred: basics of networking, VM/K8S, cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS).
• Participation in projects of strategic importance for transforming business processes.
