This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver courteous, prompt, and precise responses to public inquiries in line with established protocols and procedures.
• Manage inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
• Provide only approved and verified information, ensuring that all communications adhere to program and company policies.
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the designated system for tracking and auditing purposes.
• Stay informed on updates to procedures, FAQs, and program-related details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve inquiries that are beyond standard support scope.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all necessary data privacy and security guidelines during customer interactions.
• Prior experience in a high-volume contact center or customer service environment is essential.
• Experience in a virtual or remote setting is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to accurately follow scripts and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Must be a US citizen.
