
Contact Center Agent – Roadside Assistance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Delivering roadside assistance in a secure, professional, and prompt manner
• Acknowledging and resolving client grievances
• Handling inquiries received through phone communications
• Recognizing customer requirements and assisting them with specific features
• Evaluating and reporting product malfunctions
• Aiding in the training of new employees upon management's request
• Updating internal databases with information regarding technical issues and valuable interactions with customers
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities
• Following up with customers to confirm the resolution of their technical issues
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or in a similar Customer Service Representative (CSR) position (preferred)
• Native-level German or at least C1 proficiency (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Availability to work on a shift-based schedule (mandatory)
• Familiarity with the automotive industry (considered an advantage)
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
• Strong understanding of CRM systems
