This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +4 more states.
• Develop and oversee the consumer research program, encompassing market sizing, segmentation, usage and attitudes, brand health tracking, and brand lift.
• Set brand and category baselines for awareness, consideration, differentiation, trust, and barriers by market and segment.
• Conduct testing for concepts, propositions, messaging, and creative for brand and go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage audience segmentation and create detailed marketing personas.
• Perform qualitative research, including user interviews, focus groups, and community listening.
• Oversee relationships with research vendors, including managing briefs, scope, costs, and quality control.
• Integrate attitudinal research with behavioral and performance data to elucidate findings.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and category trends.
• Convert research insights into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Develop a measurement framework to validate brand and marketing OKRs on a quarterly basis.
• Report directly to the CMO and work in partnership with the Brand Director on brand strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or brand strategy.
• Practical experience in conducting brand health trackers and usage-and-attitudes studies.
• Proficient in designing research questionnaires.
• Strong quantitative skills, including sampling, significance, and weighting.
• Authentic qualitative research abilities.
• Experience in managing and briefing research agencies.
• Capability to translate data into strategic recommendations and advocate for them with commercial leaders.
• Experience with multi-market research and understanding comparability challenges.
• Proven track record of building an insights function from the ground up.
• Fluent in English.
• Preferred: experience in the crypto, fintech, or investment-product sectors.
• Preferred: familiarity with product analytics tools and collaboration with data teams.
