This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will take on the responsibility of leading the operational redesign and diagnosing critical gaps by facilitating high-level strategic workshops.

• Facilitate and moderate executive and operational workshops focused on gaining a deep understanding of the business.

• Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of critical operational gaps within distributed ecosystems.

• Lead comprehensive operational redesign initiatives to propose optimal workflows for their future state (TO-BE).

• Develop and present high-standard technical and corporate executive documentation for decision-making purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Desired and proven experience of 5+ years in process improvement and operational consulting.

• Strong and essential mastery of the standardized BPMN notation.

• Expertise in AS-IS analysis techniques, TO-BE model design, and facilitation of in-person/virtual co-creation workshops.

• Demonstrated ability in structuring operational analyses and drafting high-level executive documentation.
