Consultor SAP MM – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in initiatives to align SAP MM with the requirements of the Tax Reform.

• Conduct assessments of fiscal and functional impacts on purchasing processes, contracts, and service acquisitions.

• Configure, analyze, and validate integration processes between SAP MM and fiscal/financial modules.

• Participate in the review and adaptation of processes related to incoming invoices, services, and tax withholdings.

• Take part in workshops with business areas, fiscal, tax, and global teams.

• Develop functional specifications and provide support to technical teams during development and testing phases.

• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to new fiscal regulations.

• Assist with integrated testing, approvals, and implementation of solutions.

• Act consultatively in defining best practices and designing solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP MM, with involvement in implementation, support, and transformation projects.

• Strong background in projects related to the Tax Reform, including impacts on purchasing processes, receipt, and fiscal documents.

• Experience with Procurement processes, material acquisition, and service procurement, covering the entire flow from requisition to receipt and accounting.

• Knowledge of incoming invoice processes (Inbound) and experience in implementing or configuring tools for receiving, validating, and processing electronic invoices.

• Experience with integrations between SAP MM and Fiscal and Financial areas.

• Knowledge and experience with tax calculations, including DIFAL and scenario analysis resulting from the Tax Reform.

• Understanding of the impacts of the Tax Reform on purchasing processes, service acquisitions, goods receipt, and entry of fiscal documents.

• Experience in analyzing and adjusting tax determination within SAP processes.

• Hands-on, self-managing, and analytical profile.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments and transformation projects.

• Advanced English is mandatory.

• Availability to work remotely from São Paulo, as the laptop can only be picked up by the consultant.
