Consultor SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide functional support and evolutionary maintenance for SAP HCM.

• Engage in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Compensation Management (CO), and integration projects.

• Manage tickets and functional incidents in a global environment.

• Collaborate on system enhancements and process optimization.

• Participate in regional payroll implementations, including projects in Asia.

• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.

• Document functional and technical specifications.

• Take part in functional testing, validations, and integrations.

• Collaborate on initiatives related to SuccessFactors and Employee Central.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a SAP HCM / SAP HR Consultant.

• Experience in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Compensation Management (CO).

• Knowledge of payroll for at least one of the following countries: Argentina, Mexico, the United States, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or the United Kingdom.

• Experience in support, maintenance, and SAP HR implementations.

• Management of tickets and evolutionary initiatives.

• Ability to make technical adjustments in ABAP (level N3).

• Experience documenting functional and technical specifications.

• Participation in functional testing and integrations.

• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (is a plus).

• Experience in projects transitioning to SuccessFactors (is a plus).
