This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The department's mission is to enhance the marketing of products/services/MVNO within Retail through indirect sales.
• Training and empowering retail sales teams, along with the development of external sales points, are fundamental pillars of the business model and the effective success of this channel, focusing on maximizing company revenue and market share.
• Responsible for driving sales and results through the training of partner sellers, execution of merchandising strategies, and monitoring the performance of sales points.
• Engages in competitive updates, improvements in customer experience, and ensures compliance with company standards, fostering growth and compliance at the point of sale (PDV).
• Maximize sales and results by training partner sellers/networks at sales points (PDV) on the portfolio of products and services.
• Identify opportunities to promote a more personalized and human-centered service.
• Ensure compliance with the company's standards and policies at the PDV.
• Provide assistance and support to clients and partners.
• Academic background in progress or completed (Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields).
• Intermediate knowledge in Telecom services.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience in providing training/capacity building for sales teams, with field-based activities.
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales processes.
