📋 Description

• Utilize industry expertise to provide insights on how carriers, payroll providers, TPAs, and employers manage invoicing and premium collection for state paid family leave and disability plans.

• Identify compliance issues that are pertinent to billing operations across various states.

• Advise on the current administration of state paid family leave and disability plan responsibilities, including contribution tracking, employer/employee distributions, and reconciliation methods.

• Offer insights into the shortcomings of existing invoicing processes and demonstrate how a specialized billing service could enhance operations.

• Analyze premium structures, employer/employee contribution distributions, and reporting timelines to refine invoicing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with state paid family leave and disability plans from a carrier, payroll provider, TPA, broker, or employer perspective.

• Knowledge of state family leave and disability plans, including the current practices for billing, collection, and reconciliation of state paid premiums.

• Capability to convert industry knowledge into practical recommendations for a company developing a new service.
