Consultant/Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the Vena product for our clients, taking charge of configuring the data model, financial templates, and reports, as well as integrating data from client systems and establishing automated workflows.

• Achieve our customer satisfaction and time-to-value objectives.

• Engage actively in on-site or virtual workshops with clients to gather both business and technical requirements.

• Empower clients to adopt the product and optimize the value of their Vena investment through your excellent communication skills.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, proactively addressing issues as necessary.

• Be a self-motivated learner of our product, showcasing a hands-on approach and asking numerous questions.

• Travel as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and/or Software Implementation.

• A strong enthusiasm for continuously learning new technologies and enhancing business processes for our clients.

• Resourcefulness and a desire to learn and develop; demonstrates initiative in seeking solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive approach to asking insightful questions and showing a clear understanding of customer needs.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and effectively present to all organizational levels.

• Proven experience in applying problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in data integration and data modeling, or a willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with database management (e.g., ETL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
