Consultant, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients enrolled in the Expert Services program.

• Establish and cultivate robust client relationships, earning credibility and trust.

• Offer design and architectural insights while adhering to best practices.

• Regularly engage with clients throughout the duration of the contract lifecycle.

• Conduct individual training sessions and deliver on-demand coaching.

• Provide technical configuration support for the clients.

• Collaborate with clients on strategic planning and develop a roadmap for enhanced utilization of Vena.

• Work alongside the Customer Success team to support customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or finance/accounting.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• A strong customer service orientation with excellent client interaction abilities.

• Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of financial processes and applications.

• Track record of being a top performer with a strong work ethic.

• Technical expertise and the capability to comprehend complex technical concepts.

• Persistent with a knack for resolving challenging situations.
