📋 Description

• Design and enhance comprehensive supply chain solutions encompassing distribution center design, automation, third-party logistics (3PL), and procurement.

• Evaluate and optimize warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics operations to boost efficiency, minimize costs, and facilitate future expansion.

• Leverage data-driven insights to guide facility design, operational enhancements, and long-term strategic planning.

• Execute high-impact consultancy projects, ensuring that commercial and strategic goals are achieved.

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to support timelines, deliverables, and key project outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to address complex supply chain and operational challenges.

• Assist with proposals, bids, and client presentations related to supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Contribute to industry knowledge, internal resources, and the continuous enhancement of TMX methodologies.

• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value across current client engagements.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members while fostering a high-performance team culture.

• Participate in the growth and development of the broader consulting team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply chain industry within consulting, a 3PL setting, automation solution delivery, or a client-side supply chain operation.

• Extensive technical knowledge in areas such as distribution center design, warehousing, automation, 3PL, and procurement.

• Demonstrated history of supporting and executing complex supply chain projects successfully.

• Strong grasp of distribution center operations with the ability to translate operational needs into effective design and delivery outcomes.

• Experience in project delivery rather than solely in business development, product, or sales roles.

• Proven ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders at client, business, industry, and leadership levels to ensure successful project results.
