Consultant, CPSI/TruBridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and the Operations Team to gain insights into their business goals.

• Develop and implement solution designs, project plans, and provide guidance throughout the execution phase.

• Utilize industry expertise and application knowledge during the deployment of the CPSI/TruBridge software solution.

• Exhibit comprehensive product and industry understanding in Hospital and Clinic Revenue Cycle operations.

• Maintain positive interactions and a professional relationship with clients throughout the project duration.

• Act as a client-facing consultant, offering expert advice and support during the implementation and after the system goes live.

• Deliver configuration advice, application training, and support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use the new platform.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

• Continuously track and report on project developments, swiftly addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

• Regularly provide insights to cross-functional stakeholders regarding client feedback, product observations, and other implementation-related matters.

• Take responsibility for meeting deadlines, including adhering to the project schedule, assigning tasks internally and externally, and following up to ensure completion.

• Foster innovation by discussing new ideas related to the project with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience and/or training.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in implementing, configuring, and/or supporting the CPSI/TruBridge application in a client-facing capacity.
