This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with our clients to gather and clarify requirements, propose, and implement solutions.
• Design and often architect top-tier implementations of Ironclad.
• Configure Ironclad Solutions utilizing the tools provided on the platform (e.g., Templates, Launch Forms, Workflows, Playbooks, Properties, and Platform setup).
• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly gain new technical skills and knowledge of the latest Ironclad features and significant updates.
• Guide our clients through solution tradeoffs to aid in the cost/benefit analysis, considering business processes, architecture, and IT operating models.
• Obtain and maintain all relevant Ironclad Certifications.
• Act as a NeuraFlash advocate within the Ironclad Community, contributing to a company culture that promotes success (both personal and corporate) and enjoyment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working on project and consulting teams.
• At least 1 year of implementation experience with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
• Previous experience as a Consultant with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
• Over 2 years of experience in selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms; proven ability to discuss delivery approaches and considerations for various project sizes and client scales across Salesforce clouds.
• At least 1 certification in DocuSign and/or Ironclad.
• Experience across all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
• Expertise in project delivery, including all facets of program management and the SDLC.
• Experience in managing established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in building project and program teams and organizing programs for success.
• Experienced in management with a solid track record of mentoring others.
• Relevant educational background or experience in Operations, Legal, and Contract Management.
