This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• The Genesis OR Consultant is essential in aiding hospitals and surgical teams by providing both onsite and remote consulting services.

• Acquire extensive knowledge in the use, application, troubleshooting, and proper management of Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories.

• Strategically plan and implement consulting programs by designing and delivering targeted Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives to selected customer accounts.

• Foster long-term, multi-faceted consulting engagements by working closely with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional Intuitive teams to offer tailored, actionable solutions.

• Provide in-person and virtual consulting services centered around key operational areas, including: new system integration, staff training and onboarding, workflow standardization, program management, and cost containment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) is preferred; relevant clinical, medical, or healthcare-related experience will also be considered.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in healthcare or hospital management, ideally in a B2B sales role or a leadership position within a hospital.

• Proven experience in or with Operating Room departments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to confidently present to varied audiences and group sizes.

• Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or equivalent tools.
