This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement extensive multichannel strategy initiatives for public sector clients, encompassing full management of project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Conduct discovery and planning activities, which include stakeholder and audience interviews, content audits and evaluations, and a comprehensive analysis of the current state.
• Leverage data and empathy to uncover insights, subsequently transforming those insights into actionable strategies, such as personas, customer journeys, messaging frameworks, and more.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients while collaborating closely with internal team members and contractors.
• Serve as a primary conduit for client feedback to GXG leadership.
• Consistently exhibit a polished and professional relationship with both colleagues and clients.
• Occasionally represent the Granicus Experience Group in speaking engagements, panel discussions, webinars, workshops, and client outreach initiatives.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Granicus products and future product developments by staying updated on new and forthcoming enhancements to our platform.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, user experience, or customer experience, preferably within a digital/social media company serving government entities or at a government agency.
• Proficient in essential CX skills, such as human-centered design, journey mapping, persona development, content strategy, and both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, ideally in support of a government client.
• Experienced with digital communication tools, preferably the Granicus suite of products, including email marketing, online collaboration, website content management systems, online forms, and social networks, as well as emerging technologies.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven abilities in workshop facilitation within a heavily client-facing role.
• Capable of analyzing data and deriving insights that inform actionable recommendations.
• Familiar with digital tools, technologies, and trends, leveraging them for client success, including research and discovery efforts.
• A strategic thinker who can exercise independence, autonomy, and sound judgment in making account recommendations and decisions.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and perform well under pressure.
• Enthusiastic about public service, citizen engagement, and all aspects of digital innovation.
