This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Development of new business in the area through prospecting and local relationships
• Acquisition of assignments, property inspections, and evaluations
• Management of the entire sales cycle: from gathering requirements to closing
• Work on qualified leads provided by the network
• Management of a client portfolio with structured follow-ups and dedicated CRM
• Independent operations in Valsesia with ongoing support from the team
• Real estate consultants or agents looking for a more structured environment
• Field sales professionals with experience in sales, consulting, or personal services
• Individuals with a strong inclination towards new business who wish to manage the territory independently
• Professionals with an active VAT number or willingness to obtain one
• Fixed monthly salary + commissions, determined based on seniority
