Construction Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market territory

• Create effective sales strategies

• Generate sales leads and influence prospects to acquire WM services

• Provide support for the Builders Direct program

• Foster and uphold high customer satisfaction throughout sales transactions

• Implement outbound telephone sales campaigns

• Oversee a customer base and address all client needs

• Attract, generate, manage, and document leads

• Offer customer solutions that comply with local, state, and federal regulations

• Utilize WM sales productivity software, including databases for prospects and customers, proposal programs, and pricing tools

• Achieve targeted revenue and meet weekly/monthly sales activity objectives

• Carry out additional duties as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience alongside the educational requirement

• Capability to meet the target of 50 dials per day and secure 1 new account daily

• Ability to attain a close ratio of 55–75%

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in personal computer usage

• Skilled in the use of various computer software applications

• Capability to work independently with little supervision

• Skillful in managing priorities and demonstrating initiative

• Must maintain a designated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace at home

• Must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area as per business requirements

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if necessary for business air travel or access to federal properties
