Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Managing wind turbine construction projects in northeastern Germany – from the preparation phase through to implementation and supervision.

• Planning schedules and resources in close collaboration with the production department and assembly teams.

• Coordinating the work of installers, overseeing the budget, and reporting on progress.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and all project stakeholders – you are essential on-site communication.

• Ensuring high-quality standards and their continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in engineering.

• Professional experience (including internships or prior projects) – preferred in the construction or energy sectors.

• Proficiency in office software and a willingness to learn our ERP system (Navision).

• Strong communication skills across various levels – from installers to clients.

• Willingness to travel for business and a valid category B driver's license.

• Independence, good organizational skills, and resilience to stress.

• Fluent command of the English language.

• Knowledge of German is a plus.
