This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, supervise, lead, and train team members to successfully execute installation projects within established guidelines.
• Interpret and convey project specifications to teams and contractors effectively.
• Enforce safety protocols and address any work-related or personnel issues that arise.
• Comprehend project scope and prepare diligently for installations that are both successful and safe.
• Support managers with inspections and documentation to ensure that work complies with specifications and timelines.
• Initiate necessary repairs or replacements and modify procedures as needed.
• Foster excellent customer relationships while consistently communicating project details.
• Be prepared to travel up to 100% of the time, often outside of the local area.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction field.
• Familiarity with power tools is necessary.
• Possession of a personal set of hand tools for installation projects is required.
• Previous experience working at heights of up to 100 feet is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
• Must be highly ethical, a positive cultural addition, and self-motivated.
