Connect & GenAI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive AWS-centric solutions for Amazon Connect digital contact centers.

• Create customized chat widgets and agent desktops utilizing Lambda, API Gateway, and contemporary front-end frameworks.

• Develop event-driven, scalable cloud architectures adhering to AWS Well-Architected guidelines.

• Execute GenAI solutions incorporating Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and various third-party/open-source LLMs.

• Embed conversational intelligence into customer and agent processes alongside AI/ML teams.

• Set up and oversee IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and security measures.

• Guarantee compliance with enterprise-level security and governance policies.

• Connect Amazon Connect with external CRMs and enterprise applications.

• Create streaming APIs, event-handling mechanisms, and reporting APIs.

• Guide cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams in delivering intricate solutions.

• Align architectural strategies with business objectives and customer experience aspirations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development.

• Extensive knowledge of Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.

• Demonstrated experience with GenAI technologies, both AWS-native and open-source models.

• Strong grasp of IAM, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security protocols.

• Experience in creating custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions.

• Practical experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

• Familiarity with regulated industries such as HIPAA, GDPR, Finance, and Healthcare.

• Knowledge of AI/ML services including SageMaker, Kendra, Q in Connect, Agent Core, and Strands.

• Experience implementing LLMs, foundation models, or SLMs in customer service applications.
