Computational Support Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the infrastructure for gathering data, logs, metrics, and events.

• Utilize observability tools to oversee metrics, logs, and events.

• Set up automated alerts to identify anomalies in IT assets.

• Analyze collected data to determine the root causes of incidents.

• Proactively identify issues through predictive analysis and trend monitoring.

• Suggest and implement enhancements to infrastructure or applications.

• Document actions taken and improvements made.

• Assist initiatives aimed at boosting the availability and performance of IT services.

• Collaborate with other IT infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in the specified specialty within critical corporate environments with high availability.

• ITIL 4 training with a minimum of 12 (twelve) hours.

• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a higher level.

• Official Zabbix 7 Certified Expert (ZCE) certification.

• Elastic Certified Observability Engineer certification or a higher level.
