This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more states.
• Develop the compliance product, which includes processes and tools for regulated tasks.
• Create scalable workflows that route requests to the appropriate owners and automate repetitive tasks.
• Identify challenging processes and redesign them comprehensively.
• Track process adoption post-launch and continuously enhance solutions.
• Design solutions that uphold compliance while increasing efficiency.
• Set objectives and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
• Deliver an initial system that provides served teams with a straightforward and rapid way to access support from Corporate.
• Take ownership of at least one process from problem identification to the delivery of a live automated solution.
• Establish yourself as a reliable builder for the Corporate team and its stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts in legal, privacy, security, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Proven experience in transforming manual, repetitive tasks into automated or self-service solutions using no-code, low-code, and AI tools.
• Experience can be gained through employment, internships, or personal projects.
• A strong interest in and ability to quickly learn about regulated work.
• Practical experience in legal, privacy, security, compliance, or similar regulated fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in both French and English at a professional level.
• A builder mentality: ability to prioritize autonomously, focus on testing and delivery, and collaborate effectively.
• An explorer mindset: curiosity, thorough problem definition, solution-oriented thinking, and early escalation when necessary.
• A desire to navigate regulated complexities.
• Good judgment regarding legal, privacy, security, and compliance issues.
• Capability to manage projects end to end, encompassing user research, planning, delivery, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Legally authorized to work in France.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Hiring level range: B1-C0.
