Compliance Officer – Onboarding Private

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate account opening requests from private clients with respect to AML/CTF regulations.

• Assess tax compliance matters, including FATCA and CRS.

• Assist in the preparation of internal memos and procedures.

• Engage in reviews of significant clients.

• Take part in important regulatory initiatives.

• Enhance internal processes and guidelines.

• Provide support and guidance to the Front line and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Law or Economics.

• At least 5 years of experience in the Compliance sector.

• Familiarity with Swiss AML legislation (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB) and other relevant regulations.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

• Possess an analytical and methodical approach.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong collaborator and team player.
