Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer expert advice and insights regarding FCA regulations to network partner brokers

• Perform health-check visits to network partner brokers and evaluate their compliance with regulatory standards

• Execute regulatory-focused visits to assist partner brokers in fulfilling their regulatory responsibilities

• Oversee compliance action plans derived from health assessments

• Revise action plans and report unresolved matters to the line manager and senior management team

• Deliver practical compliance advice and support to network members

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal, and video communication abilities

• Skills in stakeholder management

• Proficient analytical and reasoning skills

• Competency in IT

• Ideally possess qualifications at a relevant level, such as a degree or CII exams

• Strong understanding of FCA rules and procedures

• Essential insurance compliance experience from a background in either an insurer or broker

• Valid full driving licence

• Willingness to travel weekly to meet various individuals and visit different locations

• Previous compliance experience is a must
