This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee internal contract assurance inspections for Catch22 Employability & Skills services, providing RAG ratings, reports, and improvement plans to senior management.

• This role will involve desk-based audits and, when necessary, on-site audit visits to various locations nationwide.

• Direct audit inspections of services to ensure that Catch22 is thoroughly prepared before and during commissioner assurance visits.

• Assist Operations Managers in ensuring compliance and auditing of staff by conducting monthly PAAs and aiding in the preparation and execution of Brilliant Basics audits.

• Offer advice and guidance to managers and their local operational teams regarding compliance expectations to guarantee full adherence.

• Provide line management to the Hub admin team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to optimize the overall compliance function.

• Lead training and support initiatives for the division’s Admin assistants, assisting them with critical compliance tasks and enabling them to complete exception reports for optimal PAA scores.

• Train new staff on the expectations for outcome evidencing and guide the division’s Admin assistants in validating outcomes.

• Take charge of collating impact evidence across all services for quarterly reporting.

• Manage the collection of satisfaction surveys across all programs for quarterly reporting.

• Support the Operational Governance team in preparing for and managing Matrix Standard inspections and assist with any future accreditation needs.

• Contribute to projects aimed at helping the wider Catch22 organization achieve relevant ISO standards, Merlin, and other recognized standards for effective operational delivery and business management.

• Ensure compliance with the reporting calendar for the year, making certain that services understand expectations and can report promptly and accurately.

• Create and develop reports on a scheduled basis, along with additional interim reports as necessary across all services.

• Collaborate with the Data Manager to analyze data, identifying and reporting on themes and trends to support service delivery and development.

• Follow established processes to ensure all paperwork and performance are tracked and submitted accurately and efficiently.

• Assist staff in uploading all contractual paperwork to the in-house data system when needed.

• Organize, streamline, and enhance operational tasks, systems, and processes to minimize potential errors.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

• Proven high-level technical skills with experience in working with complex databases.

• Knowledge of quality assurance standards, ideally those relevant to the training and employability sectors.

• Experience managing MIS and CMS data systems.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data, as well as presenting findings to various stakeholders to aid their decision-making process.

• Experience in providing information, advice, and guidance to stakeholders regarding data, compliance, and recording rules.

• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders, whether through reports, presentations, or verbally.

• Capable of using initiative to plan and prioritize workload, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and complete priority tasks.

• Skilled in breaking down complex challenges and tasks into an organized work program to achieve objectives on time and within budget.

• Excellent ICT skills, particularly in MS, MIS products, and CRM systems.

• Understanding of data protection and information assurance regulations, emphasizing the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding accessed information.
