This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate incoming compliance inquiries and requests, assisting in their routing and management as instructed by the Assistant General Counsel.
• Identify and establish key stakeholders within the organization for compliance and legal process initiatives.
• Oversee compliance and legal process initiatives by monitoring progress, arranging meetings, and facilitating communication between departments and relevant parties.
• Keep internal stakeholders updated regarding deadlines, turnaround expectations, and status reports.
• Aid in the management of the contract management system for the Compliance department.
• Provide further coordination for additional Compliance-related tasks as requested, which may include certain licensure and regulatory submissions.
• Facilitate the integration of compliance-related policies and procedures for company affiliates, as well as assist in the development of new policies and procedures as directed by the Assistant General Counsel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance sectors.
• Proven knowledge of state and federal regulations governing employee benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or comparable PC-based software.
