This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Ensuring that all designated properties fulfill the necessary compliance standards and regulatory requirements for property condition.
• Overseeing licensing and communications compliance, which includes monitoring renewals, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.
• Performing legal research and analysis to aid compliance decisions and internal policies.
• Processing security deposit (SD) returns in line with legal requirements and company procedures.
• Keeping precise and current records along with audit trails for all activities related to compliance.
• Spotting compliance gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and proactively suggesting enhancements.
• Ensuring strict compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external regulatory frameworks.
• Assisting internal teams with compliance-related inquiries and documentation needs.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Proficient research, analytical, and interpretation skills.
• Capability to engage in deep, focused work consistently over extended durations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and a quick adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Previous experience in compliance, legal support, property management, or operations is preferred.
