This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently gather, clean, and upload participant-level account data to adhere to management service standards.

• Engage with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders via the Parts+ recordkeeping system.

• Interpret and analyze retirement plan provisions found in plan documents and amendments.

• Create reports based on eligibility, compensation, and employer contribution criteria.

• Compute complex employer matching contributions, including Annual Match, Lookback Match, and Profit-Sharing contributions.

• Employ pro rata, integrated, and straight allocation methods.

• Examine and reconcile reporting related to nondiscrimination testing.

• Submit nondiscrimination testing reports to the Compliance & Government Reporting team.

• Address issues with the Compliance & Government Reporting team during testing phases.

• Carry out additional job-related tasks and special projects as needed.

• Assist in the timely and accurate completion of nondiscrimination testing before IRS deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 5–7+ years of experience in a financial services operations setting.

• Over 5 years of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration, ideally with a focus on Third Party Administration.

• Previous experience in reading and interpreting 401(k) retirement plan documents is essential.

• Strong data analysis and technology skills are necessary.

• Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple issues at once.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities within the financial services sector.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Strong time-management skills with a commitment to adhering to deadlines and timelines.

• Experience with ASC testing software is highly preferred.

• ASPAA Certificate is preferred.
