This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee AAE (Administrative Asset Entry) work order management processes in alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of CMMS in client systems, guaranteeing accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
• Assist with internal and external compliance audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with operations and client stakeholders to weave compliance into maintenance activities, work order workflows, and process enhancements.
• Conduct compliance training for operational staff on Life Sciences requirements, CMMS protocols, and work order management.
• Adhere to client and JLL policies, procedures, and training mandates.
• Execute other assigned tasks.
• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, audit, facilities, or project management functions within corporate settings.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks pertinent to Life Sciences, including FDA, GMP, or similar pharmaceutical/biotech facility standards.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems in compliance-critical environments.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations, recognize patterns, and devise practical solutions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Professional certification such as CCEP, CIA, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting facilities management or maintenance operations in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of validation protocols, change control processes, and quality management systems in regulated sectors.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing compliance technology solutions, CMMS optimization, or automation tools.
• Preferred: Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across global, matrixed organizations within Life Sciences accounts.
