📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional claims experience for all policyholders and claimants.

• Assess coverage and establish liability for various accident situations.

• Initiate timely and courteous communication with all parties involved in a claim.

• Oversee ongoing claims and related tasks utilizing effective time management and organizational abilities.

• Address claim correspondence promptly.

• Gather comprehensive accident statements from drivers, passengers, and witnesses.

• Facilitate vehicle repairs and assist with rental reimbursement.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of claims guidelines and best practices.

• Suggest potential product innovations and process enhancements.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, vendors, and management.

• Participate in educational opportunities related to personal lines claims, legal rulings, claims guidelines, and policy updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential.

• Capability to secure additional insurance licenses within 30 days.

• 3–5 years of experience in file ownership managing insurance claims.

• Proficient in understanding and interpreting policy language.

• Competent in evaluating and communicating liability decisions, including cases of shared negligence.

• Strong grasp of liability and casualty principles.

• Professional demeanor combined with empathy.

• Knowledge of claims best practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Open-minded attitude towards problem-solving.

• Ability to maintain high-quality claim management while ensuring strong productivity.

• Quick learner capable of applying new concepts effectively.

• Coachable and dedicated to professional development.

• Experience in managing complex personal auto claims to resolution.

• Must be on camera for virtual interviews.
