Compensation and Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development, implementation, and administration of the benefits and compensation system in alignment with the company's strategy

• Analysis of the labor market and conducting research on the competitiveness of salaries and benefits packages

• Formulation and updating of internal policies regarding remuneration, bonuses, and non-material motivation

• Participation in planning the payroll budget and social programs, preparation of financial forecasts

• Preparation of regular reports on compensation and benefits expenditures, monitoring the effective utilization of the budget

• Administration of corporate insurance programs (medical, life, accident), interaction with insurance companies

• Preparation of analytical materials

• Ensuring compliance of the reward system with Ukrainian legislation

• Providing consultations to employees regarding compensation, insurance, and other benefits

• Participation in internal HR projects aimed at enhancing staff motivation and engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the field of compensation and benefits, HR analytics, or financial planning of 1–2 years

• Knowledge of labor legislation in Ukraine and laws regulating the resident status of Diya City

• Experience in budget preparation and reporting

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets

• Proficient user of Excel, HRM systems, with knowledge of BI tools preferred

• Intermediate level of English proficiency

• Higher education (economics, management, HR, or related fields)
