This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist with EMEA compensation and benefits initiatives in accordance with global philosophies and guidelines.
• Address inquiries related to compensation and benefits from HR Partners and managers, providing guidance that aligns with established policies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Partners to offer support in hiring decisions, compensation proposals, job evaluations, and other business-related compensation tasks.
• Work alongside benefits brokers and HR Partners to facilitate benefits renewals, benchmarking, and analysis of benefits-related data.
• Aid in compensation and benefits projects, including the rollout of pay transparency initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure that compensation programs, structures, and practices comply with evolving EMEA regulatory standards and maintain internal equity.
• Assist in developing compensation and benefits programs, identifying inconsistencies or areas for enhancement.
• Generate compensation reports and dashboards, and perform internal equity analyses.
• Conduct data audits to ensure precise tracking and overall data integrity.
• Provide support during the annual compensation review process (merit, bonus, etc.).
• Coordinate with HRIS teams to test system changes and resolve issues prior to implementation.
• Prior experience in Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards) roles within an international organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (including v-lookups, pivots, and complex formulas).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Polish is also preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Talent Acquisition and People Partners.
• Experience working across various countries and regulatory landscapes is preferred.
