This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Accurately and promptly record, format, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update records on various platforms, ensuring data integrity and ease of access.
• Assist with cross-functional projects, collaborating with team members to achieve deadlines.
• Provide administrative support across departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and information management.
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems to enhance process efficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organized and reliable, possessing strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with a readiness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Must possess a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a conducive home working environment.
• 40 days of paid leave annually.
