This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Handle incoming calls in accordance with scripts and standards, managing 60–80 calls daily.
• Listen to and properly process voicemails.
• Manage resident chat communications.
• Address emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners.
• Generate work orders and communicate them to vendors or managers.
• Return phone calls in line with company policy.
• Take comprehensive messages, relay information, and document notes.
• Coordinate with managers regarding requests that need special attention.
• Adhere to applicable Community Care standard operating procedures.
• Execute additional tasks essential for the efficient operation of the Community Care Department.
• Assist clients and vendors with maintenance requests, accounting inquiries, and general questions via phone, chat, and email.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with office equipment, including personal computers.
• Required typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service call center setting.
• Strong customer service skills, sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to read and understand operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Clear and articulate speaking skills over the telephone.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• A quiet designated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift between 7 am and 6 pm PST.
• Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk while working on a computer.
