This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage incoming calls by adhering to scripts and standards, handling 60–80 calls daily.
• Review voicemails and address them accordingly.
• Assist residents through chat communications.
• Process incoming emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners.
• Generate work orders and communicate them to vendors or managers.
• Return phone calls in compliance with company policies.
• Take comprehensive messages, relay information, and log notes.
• Coordinate with managers regarding requests that need special attention.
• Adhere to Community Care standard operating procedures.
• Execute additional tasks essential for the efficient functioning of the Community Care Department.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with office equipment, including personal computers.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service call center setting.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Good judgment and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operating, maintenance, and procedural documentation.
• Clear and articulate communication skills over the telephone.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Capacity to remain seated at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
• Comfort with continuous telephone use and wearing a headset.
• Access to a quiet designated workspace and high-speed internet.
• Availability to work any assigned shift between 7 AM and 6 PM PST.
