Communications & PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• NeoWork seeks an individual capable of creating and maintaining a robust press contact list, drafting and distributing press releases, articles, and op-eds, as well as implementing earned media strategies aimed at both U.S. and LATAM markets, with an emphasis on consistent editorial placements.

• You will be responsible for pitching stories, addressing media inquiries, tracking coverage, and compiling monthly summaries related to OKR reporting.

• NeoWork is in search of someone who can develop and sustain a crisis response playbook, draft holding statements and reactive messaging, and oversee crisis management efforts from initial risk detection to resolution and post-incident review. Your role will involve monitoring brand mentions, proactively identifying risks, and advising on tone and timing during sensitive situations.

• You will be tasked with managing the LinkedIn presence for both the brand and the CEO, which includes writing and scheduling posts, coordinating team engagement on key content, creating a monthly content calendar, and reporting on growth and engagement metrics linked to set goals and OKRs.

• NeoWork is looking for an individual to draft investor updates, business summaries, and financial narratives, create client-facing reports and performance summaries, and simplify complex financial data into clear, comprehensible language. Additionally, you will proofread and edit all materials prior to distribution.

• You will oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across various workstreams. This role includes acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing client communications, leading team calls, preparing agendas, sending post-meeting summaries, following up on outstanding tasks, and maintaining organized project management workflows in Asana.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or content-related role.

• Proficient writing skills across various formats — including press releases, articles, op-eds, executive communications, social media copy, and financial summaries.

• A demonstrated history of executing earned media strategies with measurable editorial outcomes in U.S. and/or LATAM markets.

• Experience in media outreach and establishing relationships with journalists.

• Strong organizational skills and practical experience with project management tools, particularly Asana.

• Proven ability to set objectives, monitor OKRs, and report on performance metrics.

• Comfort in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

• Excellent judgment regarding communication, discretion on sensitive information, and appropriate escalation.

• Fluency in English, accompanied by a natural and direct writing style.

• Practical experience in branding and graphic design is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
