This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to enhance the effectiveness of sales representatives.
• Identify and address training requirements, creating solutions and reinforcing strategies.
• Serve as a key facilitator for training and coaching initiatives within commercial teams.
• Maintain regular communication with Sales Leadership and other essential stakeholders.
• Aid in enablement and communication efforts across sales teams to ensure effective execution in the field.
• Lead the training and implementation of CRM systems throughout the organization.
• Support sales representatives by assisting in the facilitation of onboarding and all phases of training.
• Continuously assess training needs through direct field experience with sales representatives.
• Take charge of all aspects related to stakeholder relationship management.
• Assist in the logistical planning and organization of training events.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Certification as a Miller Heiman trainer is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and sales training.
• Prior experience in training design with a solid understanding of the entire training cycle, education, or coaching.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a high degree of diplomacy.
• Proficient in the CRM tool, Salesforce (SFDC).
• Willingness to travel regularly across North America.
