This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist global casino sales by gradually taking ownership of discussions regarding technical integrations, casino functionality, and competitor advantages.
β’ Monitor casino market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights for go-to-market strategies.
β’ Forge relationships with casino hotel technology partners, consultants, and industry associations.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams within the Casino squad.
β’ Lead casino training initiatives for the sales team, which includes selling strategies for casino clients, updates on competitors and the industry, as well as SHR product information.
β’ Create, manage, and update the Casino Success Playbook, addressing casino customer distinctions, failure patterns, integration complexities, and reproducible processes.
β’ Evaluate discrepancies between casino customer requirements and existing documentation and training materials.
β’ Propel the roadmap to bridge documentation and training gaps alongside Product, Engineering, and training teams.
β’ Undertake special strategic projects assigned by the VP.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a casino hotel technology setting, encompassing pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a commercial role that demands in-depth product and integration knowledge.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of casino operations, purchasing processes, and key decision-makers.
β’ Proficient in engaging with casino operators across both sales and IT domains.
β’ Experience in hotel technology specific to casino hotels, including PMS, CRS, RMS, Booking Engines, and Casino Player Portals.
β’ Technical integration literacy, including the ability to interpret integration specifications and communicate data flows between systems.
β’ Confidence in representing SHR to casino hotel operators and collaborating with sales teams on complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
β’ Demonstrated capability to produce high-quality written materials, such as playbooks, process guides, SOWs, or training resources.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.
β’ Preferred: experience in managing external vendors or technology partners.
β’ Preferred: experience in composing technical documents like data flow diagrams or Statements of Work.
β’ Preferred: background in pre-sales or solutions engineering with a focus on scoping technical integrations for enterprise clients.
β’ Preferred: experience in managing projects across various teams.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Claude (AI), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
