This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist field sales teams in demonstrating the benefits of the Kong API Management platform to customers.
• Grasp and help define customer needs, fostering trusted relationships throughout the sales process, from initial product assessments to full production.
• Provide support for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) during the complete evaluation process.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction for the assigned accounts.
• Prioritize customer requirements and collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs.
• Develop technical documentation for DevOps, implementation processes, and service engagements.
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering and/or sales engineering management at a SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise Software organization.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing trends and open-source business models.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience with Docker is an advantage.
• Proficiency in working with Linux operating systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, DCOS/Mesos, and Docker Swarm is a plus.
