This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Stine brand by adhering to the established guidelines and procedures set forth by the company;
• Oversee a customer portfolio within the designated territory while aligning with Stine’s objectives;
• Present, advocate for, and sell Stine products to both current and potential clients;
• Drive demand among key influencers and customers during each crop season;
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with clients;
• Address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
• Meet or exceed set sales targets and objectives in accordance with the agricultural and commercial calendar;
• Implement marketing initiatives and actions in your region with a focus on excellence;
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to align sales efforts;
• Regularly evaluate territory potential, devising sales strategies and plans to enhance sales scheduling;
• Track and compile sales reports by customer, product mix, average pricing, and demand-generation efforts;
• Provide Stine leadership with insights on requirements, challenges, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services;
• Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends;
• Actively engage in events, training sessions, regional/national meetings, and other forums focused on improving representation strategically;
• Report on representation using the tools and methods provided by Stine, which serve as a foundation for business management with representatives;
• Adhere to the Stine Representative Manual;
• Strive for continuous improvement through constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated experience as a sales representative;
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Understanding of CRM practices, with experience in data management and cultivating productive commercial relationships;
• Highly driven and motivated, with a proven track record in sales;
• Exceptional sales, communication, and negotiation abilities;
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization capabilities;
• Technical expertise in corn and soybean crops, as well as barter operations and other market practices;
• Proficient in relationship management and receptive to feedback;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Basic financial knowledge applicable to simple interest calculations;
• Proactive and resilient in approach;
• Eagerness to tackle and overcome challenges;
• Capability to execute demand-generation activities.
