Commercial Planning Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic projects and track their implementation.

• Formulate commercial and marketing strategies to enhance campaigns and variable compensation initiatives.

• Create and monitor action plans utilizing methodologies like PDCA and FCA.

• Develop, execute, and evaluate corporate governance policies, standards, and manuals.

• Assist in the planning and management of the corporate governance calendar, including meetings, committees, and presentation of results.

• Conduct benchmarking of governance practices and suggest improvements to processes.

• Operate with a strategic perspective, incorporating actions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and initiatives aimed at business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in corporate governance.

• Proficiency in preparing formal documents such as minutes, policies, and manuals.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with governance management tools is a plus.
