This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategically and consultatively engage in the commercial development of the FIDC (Receivables Investment Fund), structuring and negotiating financial transactions with medium to large enterprises.
• Proactively identify and approach companies that align with the company's portfolio, overseeing the entire sales process: outreach, needs assessment, proposal preparation, and closing.
• Evaluate risks, balance sheets, and financial documents to support credit assessment and transaction structuring.
• Develop consultative relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, CFOs, Controllers) to enhance client retention and secure ongoing business.
• Negotiate with attention to margins and strategic factors, ensuring an equilibrium between deal volume, risk, and return.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitors, generating commercial insights and uncovering business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with risk, credit, and operations teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and retention.
• Present regular metrics and results, emphasizing acquisition targets, active portfolio management, and revenue generation.
• Assume a proactive leadership role by contributing innovative ideas to enhance products, processes, and commercial strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in structuring financial operations: FIDC, securitization, corporate credit, or related fields.
• Advanced understanding of working capital, receivables financing, and corporate cash flow management.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and financial statement interpretation.
• Experience with B2B clients generating annual revenues exceeding R$ 30 million.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
