This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging in active prospecting for land and development opportunities
• Reaching out to and negotiating with property owners and partners
• Registering projects and assisting with feasibility studies
• Formalizing partnerships and overseeing ongoing relationships with partners
• Participating in site visits and strategic meetings
• Experience in commercial roles, particularly in prospecting or business expansion
• Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record in closing partnerships
• Familiarity with the real estate market is an advantage
• Proactive and communicative individual with willingness to travel
