Commercial Insurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and service commercial insurance accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of policy-related inquiries.

• Prepare, review, and submit ACORD forms along with insurance applications.

• Collaborate with underwriters and clients to acquire quotes and monitor policy submissions.

• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing requests for policies.

• Track outstanding documentation and verify compliance with carrier requirements.

• Keep precise records within agency management systems.

• Assist clients with additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing commercial insurance accounts or a similar position.

• Background in a commercial insurance brokerage, agency, or carrier setting.

• Knowledge of ACORD forms, carrier portals, and agency management systems like AMS360.

• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.

• Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Must be available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• Ready to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.

• Comfortable using time-tracking tools and possessing necessary equipment, including a reliable internet connection.
