Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Prepare and distribute Certificates of Insurance for renewals, refinances, and various client or lender requests.

• Engage with banks, lenders, and clients to clarify requirements and ensure precise documentation.

• Examine insurance policies to confirm coverages, limits, endorsements, and adherence to lender specifications.

• Maintain well-organized records and ensure the proper collection and storage of documentation.

• Collaborate with internal team members to address discrepancies or gather missing information.

• Deliver outstanding customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance, particularly with commercial insurance certificates.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 Advanced.

• Experience in Commercial Insurance, focusing on certificates, policy documentation, or compliance.

• Strong comprehension of insurance terminology, coverages, and documentation requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Proficiency in the Applied Epic System or other insurance management software is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
