Commercial Insurance Broker Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee policy renewals, endorsements, and the processing of new business with precision and efficiency.

• Generate quotes, submissions, and presentations for insurer markets.

• Assess policy wordings to identify any coverage gaps, inconsistencies, or risks.

• Issue certificates of currency and other necessary client documentation.

• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained within broker management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, Insight, WinBEAT).

• Collaborate with Australian brokers and insurers to facilitate placement and ongoing service support.

• Assist in the daily management of commercial client portfolios.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting support.

• Direct experience with the Australian/New Zealand insurance market is a must.

• Strong expertise in the following areas:

• Commercial Lines (including packages / ISR)

• Professional Indemnity (PI)

• Management Liability / Directors & Officers (D&O)

• Cyber Insurance

• Comprehensive understanding of policy structures, coverage triggers, and exclusions.

• Practical experience with broker management systems like Applied Epic, Insight, WinBEAT, or comparable systems.

• Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with a strong grasp of the financial implications of policy mistakes.

• Capability to manage numerous renewals, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for interactions with Australian clients and insurers.

• Proficient in handling complex policy documentation in a dynamic work environment.
